Terms and Conditions
You must be 18 years or older to order wine through this website. Photo ID may be required to accept delivery of wine, in line with Australia Post's delivery guidelines.
All prices advertised are Australian Dollars and include all taxes.
Domestic Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 business days of being received.
All orders are shipped via Wine Delivery Australia. Tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
In the event that we can not fulfill your order, we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange an alternative product or refund your payment.
You must be 18 years or older to accept delivery of wine, and may be asked to provide photo ID as proof of age.
Shipping Turnaround
The following is an approximate guide to delivery times:
Adelaide - 1-3 working days
Melbourne, Sydney - 2-5 working days
Brisbane, Perth, Hobart - 3-5 days
Regional and non-metro areas may take longer. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas.
International Shipping
Due to the high costs involved with shipping wine overseas, we do not ship online orders outside of Australia. However, if you would like a quote for international shipping, or would like to find out where you can purchase Lindsay Wine Estate wines in other countries, please contact us at sales@lindsay.estate
Refunds and Returns
If you have received wine that is damaged, faulty, not as advertised, or unsuitable in any way, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
